Many years after the birth oftriathlon, it had become one of the fastest sports development in the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the detailed through a survey on the part of the youth team training. To further understand the existence of adolescent athletes training system of triathlon existing problems. To find the influence factors of the youth triathlon athletes and solve the problem. To put forward the improvement measures for making decisiondepartments. Sent the questionnaire to adolescent triathlon and athletes for two rounds, and by using the method of observation via the 2013-2014 youth training camp, and interview the relevant experts and leadership. Than draws the following conclusion: 1.At present, the registered triathlon teenagers were less. They have large age differences and generally engaged in triathlon training for a short time. On the contrary, they have engaged in other single sport training experience for many years. Mainly concentrated in the swimming, athletics, cycling on the three projects. 2.At present, the youth triathlon coaches generally are male. They have a rich sports experience and a higher level of movement. Their educational background are above the junior college and following the Graduate Diploma. Their research direction is about sports training or physical education. Mainly to low levels of income. 3.Triathlon project has started late in China. It involved in less youth sports population.
