What’s the text about? --Dolly is the name of the cloned sheep and legacy means “something passed on by someone” or “anything handed down from a predecessor”. Both terms are here used figuratively. Dolly referring to the clone technology and legacy referring to the clone technology as practiced in the case of Dolly. What the title really implies is that if anyone tries to clone human f\beings just as Dolly was cloned, he will find that what we have achieved in the cloning of Dolly cannot be put into practice in the case of human beings.
