Firstly,the sulfer curing systerm formulation of HNBR is acquired through RCAD software optimization design,and then we work detailedly on the peroxide curing systerm.The results show that both these two curing systerms have their advantages and disadvantages,in view of the characteristics of stator rubber processing . We can get the suitable scorch time and vulcanization rate when using the sulfer systerm,through changing the varieties and amounts of accelerators,but the mechanical propeties is not so good.Meanwhile, the mechanical property and heat resistance property of HNBR cured by peroxide is better than that cured by sulfer,but the scorch time is so short that can not satisfy the injection requirement. The reinforcing systerm is studied,based on the vulcanization systerm.It is found that N550 is the most suitable carbon black for HNBR stator rubber,and the effect of carbon blacks combined is not better than that of N550 only.We also obtain that silica can improve the heat resistance property of HNBR,SP6701 can give high hardness and high modulus to HNBR,by the study of adding silica and SP6701 into HNBR. In the end,this article works on the heat resistance property of HNBR.the results show that,in general，the protection effect of MBZ/DDA,RD/DDA combined are the best.MgO can improve the anti-aging property of HNBR. The heat resistance can be improved by adding heat stabilizer GE2058 into HNBR,on the premise of unchanged curing characteristics and mechanical property. KEY WORDS: HNBR;vulcanization;sulfer;carbo
