The causes of food problems including microbial contamination ， chemical ， physical and allergens were discussed. The work also analysed the present situation of food safety control technology ， combined with the principle of hazard analysis. The use of hazard analysis and critical control points system can effectively improve the tourist area of food safety. Finally ， the future promoting food safety control technology and the feasibility of counter－ measures and suggestions were proposed. Ｋｅｙ ｗｏｒｄｓ ： hazard analysis and critical control ；food safety ； tourist area ；food and beverage industry 食 品是人类赖 以生存 的物质基础和社会安定 和 中毒 的首要 因素[5] 。 我 国文化 的繁荣发展带动 了一系 谐 的基本保 障 ，随着我 国经济 的快速发展 ，人 民对 于 列政治文体活动 的增多 ，尤其是在旅游景 区内 ，除了 食 品安全 的重视程度 日益提升 ，尤其是近些年我 国发 当地本身 的风景和文化传播外 ，食 品也是景 区吸引来 生了一系列震惊全 国的食 品安全事件 ，包括 2005 年的 自世界各地游客 的法宝和重要经济来源 ，因此旅游景 “苏丹红”事件 、2008 年 的“三鹿奶粉 ”事件 、20 10 年 的 区的食 品安全 问题 已经引起相关政府部 门和景 区负 “地沟油”事件 、20 11 年的“瘦 肉精”事件和“染色馒头”
