热连轧带钢的新技术的研究及其应用.doc

摘 要 热轧带钢生产是关键性的钢铁生产过程之一，90％以上的薄钢板要经过热轧带钢工序生产出来。因此，它在国民经济中占有重要的地位。 本设计说明书是参照宝钢2050和1580热轧车间而设计的年产40万吨的热轧带钢车间，其典型产品是Q235 1600 mm × 3.0 mm。该热轧车间的主体设备有：四座步进梁式加热炉、定宽压力机、四辊可逆式粗轧机、七机架全连续精轧机组、三台地下卷取机等。设计以年产量为基础，结合各产品的市场前景合理地分配了各产品产量，从而制定了产品方案和金属平衡。并以典型产品为例，给出了其工艺流程图，制定了压下制度、速度制度、温度制度等一系列轧制制度，校核了轧机生产能力，计算了各项经济技术指标，绘制了一张车间平面图。附有一篇有关热轧薄带钢织构的外文资料及译文。关键词： 热轧带钢；轧制制度；织构 ABSTRACT The produce of hot strip is one of the critical processes of steel production, and more than 90% sheet steel is produced by the process of hot strip, so it is important in the national economy. The design is about the process engineering design of a hot strip plant, which produced 4.20 million tons per year, according to Bao Steel′s 2050 and Bao Steel′s 1580 Hot Strip Plant. Its typical production is Q235 1600mm×3.0mm. The workshop’s main facilities, such as four step heating furnace, side press machine, high-pressure water scale equipment, a four-stand rough mill, seven stand continuous finishing mill group, three coilers under ground.were chosed in this design. Based on the annual production and combined with these products’ prospect in the market，the respective production was allocated appropriately. Therefore, the product program and metal balance were carried out. Then the process flow diagram for the typical product was given, and the rolling system, including draught system, temperature system, velocity system, was made. Furthermore, the rolling mill’s producting capacity was checked, the economic indexes were calculated, and a plane figure for this workshop was drafted. At final, a foreign material and corresponding translation about the microtexture of thin gauge hot rolled steel strip steel was adhered to this paper.
