· 410 · 中华护理杂志2012年 5月第47卷第 5期 ChinJNuts，May2012。Vol47．No．5 ※ 妇 产 科 护 理 初产妇母亲角色适应与应对方式及社会支持的相关性研究 吴丽萍 胡晓斐 王叶飞 【摘要】 目的 探讨初产妇产褥期母亲角色适应与应对方式及社会支持的关系。方法 产后第43天，应用母亲角色适应 问卷、 应对方式量表和社会 支持量表调查187~J,初产妇产褥期母亲角色适应状况。结果 母亲角色适应 良好43例(23．0％)、中等99例 (52．9％)、差45例 (24．1％)；不 同文化程度 、是否计划妊娠初产妇母亲角色适应程度构成比比较 ，差异有统计学意义(PO．05)；母 亲角色适应与积极应对 、社会支持、主观支持、支持利用度呈正相关，与消极应对呈负相关；回归分析显示 ，是否计划妊娠、积极 应对 、消极应对、主观支持、支持利用度是影响母亲角色适应的重要 因素 。结论 积极的应对方式、良好 的主观支持及支持利 用度能帮助初产妇更好地适应母亲角色。 【关键词】 母亲行为； 适应，心理学； 社会支持 The relationship between postpartum maternalrole adaptation and coping style，socialsuppo rt in primiparae／W U Li- ping，HU Xiao-feiW ANG Ye·fei 。 A【bstract】 0bjective Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenpostpartum maternalroleadaptationandcopingstyle，social supportinprimiparae．Methods Totally187primiparaewereinvestigatedwithMaternal RoleAdaptationQuestionnaire，Sim— plifiedCopingStylesQuestionnaireandSocialSupportRatingScaleat43daysafterchildbirth．Results Intheseprimiparae 23．0 percent．52．9 percentand 24．1percentofthe them showed high leve1．moderate leveland low levelofmaternalrole adaptation，respectively．Thedegreeofmaternalroleadaptation wasdifferentamong primiparaewith differenteducationallevels andwhetherhadexpectedpregnancyornot(PO．05)．Thematernalroleadaptationwaspositivelycorrelatedwithactivecoping style，thetotalscoreofsocialsupport，subjectivesupport and utilizationofsupport，whilenegativelycorrelated withnegative coping style．Regressionanalysisshowed thatwhetherhadexpected pregnancyornot，active coping style，negative coping style， subjectivesupportandutilizationofsupportwereimportantinfluencefaetom ofmaternalroleadaptation．Conclusion Active copingstyle，highlevelofsubjectivesupportandutilityofsupportcanpromotematernalroleadaptationinprimiparae． 【Keywords】 MaternalBehavior； Adaptation，Psychological； SocialSupport 角色是一个人在特定场合下的义务、权利和行为准则 ． 60％。有学者[2-3]认为 ，母亲角
