气体钢瓶减压阀工作原理及使用方法（Working principle and method of gas cylinder pressure-reducing valve） In physical chemistry experiments, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon and other gases are often used. These gases are generally stored in a dedicated high-pressure gas cylinder. Use the pressure relief valve to reduce the pressure of the gas to the range of the experiment, and then the other control valve to make the gas input system. 1. Operation principle of oxygen reducing valve The most commonly used pressure-relief valve is oxygen reducing valve, or oxygen meter. The appearance and working principle of oxygen pressure reducing valve as shown in figure Ⅱ - 2-7 and figure II - 2-8. The high pressure cavity of the oxygen reducing valve is connected with the cylinder, the low pressure cavity is the gas outlet and the system is used. The indicated value of the high pressure gauge is the pressure of storing the gas in the cylinder. Outlet pressure of low pressure gauge can be controlled by adjusting screw rod. When using, open the cylinder total switch first, then turn the low pressure gauge pressure to adjust the screw to compress the main spring and drive the film, the spring pad and the top rod to open the valve. The high pressure gas imported from the high-pressure chamber enters the low pressure chamber after decompression, and is exported to the working system. The rotation adjusts the screw and changes the height of the valve opening to regulate the passage of the high pressure gas and achieve the required pressure value. A relief valve is fitted with a safety valve. It is a device that protects the pressure-relief valve and makes it safe to use, as well as a signal device for the failure of the pressure relief valve. The relief valve will automatically turn on the exhaust if the valve cushion, the valve is damaged or due to other reasons, causing the outlet pressure to rise and exceed a certain allowable value. 2. Use of oxygen reducing valve (1) the oxygen reducing valve h
