MEPC/Circ 317 MSC/Circ. 1093 MSC/Circ. 1136 This centralized inspection activity is aimed at the specific operational requirements of the ships applicable to all SOLAS conventions and MARPOL conventions and above. This focus is aimed at making more rigorous inspections of specific aspects, rather than reducing the normal coverage of daily PSC inspections. This activity should be combined with the selection and inspection of the daily port state supervision and inspection.
