Analysis result shows that the average delivery time of least delivery times is 1.6 times higher than the average minimum delivery time, and the delivery time of realizing minimum transportation cost under the condition of freight discount is longer than that without freight discount. So consignors or logistics service providers can choose the models to decide thebest delivery time points according to customer requirements. 6 tabs, 17 refs.
