东北大学继续教育学院毕业论文 题目：《化工企业重大危险源辨识与评估 》 专业： 安全工程 学习中心： 电话： Email: 学生姓名： 学号： 指导教师： 日 期：2013年8月 摘 要化工企业是我国国民经济的支柱产业，但随着化工企业的增多及不断发展，化工企业的安全管理也出现诸多问题，突出表现在安全管理理念落后，管理者重生产、轻安全，从业者安全素质低下，安全设施、设备不全等问题。问题的存在，致使化工事故时有发生，严重制约着企业的发展，给企业和国家造成重大经济损失，给伤亡者家庭带来痛苦，严重影响社会的和谐稳定。因此，抓好化工企业安全管理，尤其是重大危险源的安全管理，不仅是化工企业的现实需要，也是保证我国经济健康和谐发展的需要。本文架构：首先，本文从化工企业的生产特点着手，分析化工企业重大危险源安全管理的重大意义及重要性。其次，运用化工企业重大危险源辨识与评估的标准、方法，并结合具体企业案例来进行实际应用论证。最后，评价结束，根据辨识及评价结果，给出工程技术或安全管理的措施结合建议。关键词：化工企业；重大危险源；辨识；评估AbstractChemical industry is a pillar industry of Chinas national economy, but with the increase in chemical companies and the continuous development of chemical safety management also many problems, highlighted in the safety management philosophy behind the management emphasis on production safety, security practitioners low quality, safety, equipment failure and other issues. There is a problem, resulting in chemical accidents have occurred, seriously restricting the development of enterprises, companies and countries to cause significant economic losses to the victims and families suffering serious impact on social harmony and stability.
