第 37卷 　第 4 期 　　　　　　　　　　　　　化肥工业 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　20 10年 8月 大型煤制合成气技术进展 刘增胜 (中国石化集团宁波技术研究院　宁波 　3 15 103) 摘要 　煤气化技术是洁净煤技术的重要组成部分 ,各种煤气化炉型和气化技术都有各 自的优点和不足之 处 ,选择适合的煤气化技术对煤化工项 目至关重要 。介绍了目前国内大型煤制合成气中广泛应用的 Shell煤气 化工艺 、Texaco水煤浆气化工艺及近年来研发成功的具有 自主知识产权的多元料浆加压气化技术 、多喷嘴对置 式水煤浆气化技术 、两段式干煤粉加压气化技术和四喷嘴对置式干粉煤加压气化技术的工艺特点、应用情况 。 这些技术将是 目前和未来大型煤制合成气的技术支撑 。 关键词 　煤制合成气 　气化技术 　进展 Progress in Technology for L argeSca le M anufacture of Synga s from Coa l L iu Zengsheng ( SINOPEC N ingbo In stitu te of Techno logy 　3 15 103) Abstract　Coal ga sification is an important component of coal clean ing technology, and coal ga sifi er typ e s and gasification p rocesse s have their re sp ective advantages and shortcom ings, so the selection of an app rop riate coal gasification p roce ss is of the utmo st importance in a p roject for chem ical p rocessing of coal. Proce ss features and utilization are de scribed of largescale m anufactu re of syngas from coal in Ch i na at p re sent, such as the w idelyu sed Shell coal ga sification p roce ss, the Texaco coalwater slurry gasi fication p rocess, the succe ssfu lly develop ed p roce sses in recent years w ith indep endent intellectual p rop erty, viz. , the mu ltislurry p re ssure ga sification p roce ss, the mu ltinozzle oppo sed waterslurry ga sifica tion p roce ss, the twostage dry pu lverized coal p re ssu re ga sification p roce ss, and the fou rnozzle op po sed dry p u lverized coal p re ssu re ga sification p roce ss. The se p roce sse s w ill becom e the techn ical sup port for largescale ga sification of coal for the p roduction of synga s at p re sen t and in fu tu re.
