促进上海市新能源车推广的公共政策分析 Analysis of public policy to promote the promotion of new energy vehicles in Shanghai 摘要 近年来，环保问题越来越受人们的重视，我个人也非常支持环保，我觉得环保应从自己做起，所以我对于新能源车非常感兴趣。比起汽油车我更愿意购买和使用新能源车，但是我发现身边的家人和朋友对新能源车有很多的疑虑和担忧，因此想借此机会了解新能源车的现状。 为了打消人们的顾虑、广泛推动新能源车使用，本论文以上海为例，分析了人们为什么对新能源车心存担忧，描述了支持新能源车的政策和上海新能源车的供需现状，尤其是配套基础设施建设的情况，了解普通市民对于新能源车的看法，同时借鉴国外和深圳的经验对上海新能源车市场提出畅想。分析过程中需要各种数据，本论文使用了文献检索、问卷调查和实地考察等研究法，运用图表对比法比较了传统汽油车和新能源车的实用成本。 本论文希望能对现实的新能源车市场的发展有一定的启示和影响，促进大部分市民能投身到购买使用新能源车的行列，支持国家环保政策。 关键词：新能源车 公共政策分析 政策推广 上海市 Abstract In recent years,more and more people pay attention to environmental protection issues,I am also very supportive of environmental protection,I think that environmental protection should start from their own,so Im very interested in new energy vehicles.I prefer to buy and use new energy vehicles than gasoline vehicles,but I found that my family and friends around the new energy vehicles have a lot of doubts and concerns,so I would like to take this chance to understand the status of new energy vehicles. A case study of Shanghai in order to dispel the concerns of people widely promote the use of new energy vehicles,why people are concerned about the new energy vehicles,studies support the status of car of new energy policies and Shanghai new energy vehicle, especially in the supporting infrastructure, understanding the general public views on the new energy vehicles, and on the basis of the experience abroad and Shenzhen to Shanghai new energy vehicle market put forward the imagination. So the reality of the market has a more important significance. Hope that most ordinary people can be willing to buy the use of new energy vehicles. In this process requires a variety of data, I would like to use the literature and questionnaire survey and field survey method, while comparing the traditional gasoline and new energy vehicles with the use of graphic method of cost.
