南京艺术学院 硕士学位论文 铜陵学院音乐专业生存现状分析 姓名：戴扬 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：音乐学 指导教师：谢琨;刘承华 中文摘要 内容摘要 本文通过对铜陵学院音乐专业生存现状的调研与分析，指出了学院音乐专 业生源质量不高甚至萎缩，学生就业困难的原因。同时，探寻了该学院音乐专 业在办学的过程中除教学经验积淀不深及教学的软件、硬件投入不足的原因外， 更重要的是培养目标及专业定位不够准确。最后，文章从四个方面阐述了教学 改革的宏观对策：首先调整专业的定位；其次提高师资质量，加大教学设施的 投入 ；第三扩大招生宣传，加强就业市场调研；第四树立“来自于地方，服务 于地方”的观念，把教学改革与地方的经济文化发展紧密地结合起来，尽可能 走出一条适合自身的、有特色的人才培养之路 。 关键词：铜陵学院 音乐教学 专业定位 I 南京艺术学院硕士学位论文 【Abstract 】By investigating and analysing the existing conditions of the Music Department of Tongling College, this paper points out the causes of the low grade students origin, the students resource shrinking and the difficulties the graduates have in their job hunting. Besides exploring the problems of insufficiency in the teaching experience accumulation and in the investment of faculties and management, it indicates that the most affecting cause is the inaccurate training target and department orientating. Finally, the paper suggests the macroscopic countermeasures to the teaching reforming from four aspects. First, the department orientation should be adjusted. Secondly, the teachers’ qualification should be improved and the investment in the faculties should be increased. Thirdly, the propagandism in students enrolling and the employment market researching should be strengthened. Fourthly, the management should set up the concept of “of locality and for locality” , combine the music teaching with the developing of the local culture and economy, and make
