M ethods 69 cases of epilepsy due to encephalom alacia underw ent SPECT testing. On ly the brain areas that distributing of radioactivity dmi inution in interictal SPECT, in the sam e tmi e, d istribu ting of radioactivity heighten in ictal SPECT shou ld be sure of epilepsy focus. The target w as com firm ed by the comb ination of CT, MRI, EEG and clinic. Irrad iated the target w ith lower doses( Center dose 18~ 20 Gy, M argin dose 9~ 10 Gy) , thereinto 13 cases w ith psychotic sym ptom plus stereotactic am ygdalotom y ( C enter dose 90 ~ 100 Gy, M argin dose 45~ 50 Gy) by the Gamm aknife system of ELEKTA Company in Sw eden.
