This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Open Access Abstract Anomalous origin of coronary artery is a rare subset of coronary artery anomalies. It is one of the causes for angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and even sudden cardiac death. Therefore, the prompt and accurate diagnosis of such disease has important clinical significance. The current study retrospectively analyzed 15,200 coronary angiographycases, and found three cases of ano- malous origin of coronary artery. Further analysis revealed that coronary artery anomalies are not rare, while anomalous origin of coronary artery is a rare in clinical patients, and the later one has instructive value for diagnosis and surgical procedures.
