养阴益气汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床观察 赵毅1 郑军2 （1首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院大屯社区卫生服务中心 北京100029；2首都医科大学附属北京中医医院 北京100010） 摘要：目的：观察养阴益气汤治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，各50例，对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗，治疗组给予养阴益气汤治疗，疗程均为1个月，随访3个月，观察两组治疗后的症状变化及复发率。结果：治疗组的临床疗效总有效率为94.0%，对照组的临床疗效总有效率为86.0%，差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05；观察组复发率为40.4%，对照组复发率为95.3%，差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：养阴益气汤能有效防治小儿过敏性鼻炎，减轻其复发率，同时对过敏体质有一定的调理作用。 关键词：小儿过敏性鼻炎；养阴益气汤；孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片；临床疗效 Clinical Observation of Yangyin Yiqi Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children ZHAO Yi1, ZHENG Jun2 (1Datun Community Health Service Center of Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing100029; 2Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, Beijing100010) Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangyin Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods: 100 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, the control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment, while the treatment group was given Yangyin Yiqi Decoction, the treatment lasted for 1 month, and the two groups were followed-up for 3 months. After the treatment, observed changes of symptoms and recurrence rate in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.0%, the difference was not statistically significant, P0.05. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 40.4%, while the recurrence rate of the control group was 95.3%, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion: Yang yin Yi qi Decoction is effective in treating allergic rhinitis in children, it can reduce the recurrence rate, also have certain effect on allergy conditioning.
