( ) • 407 • 中华中医药杂志 原中国医药学报 2012年2月第27 卷第2期CJTCMP , February 2012, Vol . 27, No. 2 ·临证经验· 张仲景论治不寐探略 陈少玫，韦启志 （福建中医药大学附属厦门市中医院，厦门 361009） 摘要：不寐之理论始于《黄帝内经》，不寐之论治，源于《伤寒杂病论》。《伤寒杂病论》对不寐类病证的 认识以阴阳为纲，以六经为辨证体系，注重阴阳平衡，把握阴阳消长，和脏腑经络的联系更加紧密。与《黄帝内 经》对不寐类病证广泛抽象的论述相比，《伤寒杂病论》对不寐类病证的论述更加详尽准确，其创制的多首有效 方剂，理法方药完备，更具临床指导性。笔者从理论升华、治则治法、方证运用等方面对不寐的临床诊疗进行探 讨，以资临床借鉴。 关键词：不寐；伤寒杂病论；张仲景；中医药 Learn the truth of insomnia from ZHANG Zhong-jing CHEN Shao-mei WEI Qi-zhi ， Xiamen TCM Hospital Affi liated to Fujian University of TCM, Xiamen 361009, China （ ） Abstract: The theory about insomnia was fi rst found in Huangdi Neijing,but the syndrome differentiation and treatment of insomnia was fi rst found in Shanghan Zabing Lun .It took Yin and Yang as the key link and six channels as the syndrome differentiation system,it attached great importance to Yin-Yang balance and Yin-Yang equation,and it strengthened the the link with Zang-Fu organs and meridians in Shanghan Zabing Lun. Compared with the extensive and abstract exposition in Huangdi Neijing, the discourse on insomnia syndrome in Shanghan Zabing Lun was described more accurately and detailed, and its Original prescription was effective, it is a better clinical guidance.This paper discusses clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia from theory of sublimation, therapeutic principle and therapeutic methods.
