Firstly , a new testin set is desi ned. When the nylon6 fiber is impacted by a hi h speed air, the wear de ree of nylon6 fiber can be obt ained by the mechanics performance chan es before and after the test. T he relation betw een the wear de ree and the impact an le has been acquired by experimentation under different impactin an les( 15, 30, 45, 60, 75and 90) . T he outw ard appearance of the fiber before and after the test is obtained and the abrasion performances of nylon6 fiber are studied by use of the testin data and the microscope photo.
