加减温胆汤治疗室性早搏的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：通过临床观察评价加减温胆汤治疗痰火扰心型室性早搏的临床疗效和临床 安全性，并初步探讨其可能的作用机制，为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法：临床研 究中将60例中医证属痰火扰心的室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组30例，予加减温胆汤 治疗；对照组 30 例，予西药心律平口服治疗，4 周为一疗程。结果：研究表明，以 清心化痰，宁心安神为法的加减温胆汤可明显改善中医症状，两组间有显著性差异 (P0.05)。早搏疗效治疗组与对照组比较，两组间无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论：加 减温胆汤可显著改善患者的临床症状和动态心电图表现，减少室性早搏发生频数，降 低室性早搏严重程度。 关键词 室性早搏；加减温胆汤；中医药治疗；临床研究 Clinical Study of the treatment of PVC with Modified Wendan Decoction Speciality: Department of Chinese internal medicine Author: Zhang Bing Tutor: Zhang Xuezi Abstract Objective: Through clinical observation to evaluate the clinical effect and clinical safety of Modified Wendan Decoction for PVC for tan huo rao xin and to explore its possible mechanism for its clinical application to provide a scientific basis.
