提 要 本文通过搜集整理宋代医籍文献中所记载的灸法资料，进行归纳分析研究，明晰 宋代灸法的发展渊源及脉络，凝炼宋代灸法学术思想特色，使其更好的服务于临床。 全文共分四部分，第一部分宋代灸法述要，概述宋代灸法的主要特点。第二部分宋代 灸法代表人物及主要学术思想，代表医家主要有王执中、窦材、庄绰、闻人耆年、许 叔微，灸法专著有《西方子明堂灸经》。第三部分宋代灸法的学术特色，全面总结宋 代灸法的学术特点。第四部分宋代灸法的学术思想对现代临床的影响。灸法的应用在 宋代得到了很好的传承和发展，尤其注重施灸的取穴、灸量、灸材；灸治急症、热证 用灸和温补脾肾是这个时期灸法的主要学术思想；宋代灸法学术思想对针灸临床应用 发挥着重要的影响。 关键词 宋代；灸法；学术思想；临床影响 The Research of the Academic Features of Moxibustion in Song Dynasty Specialty ：Acupuncture,moxibustion and massage Author ：Zhang Yingying Tutor ：Yang Dianhui Abstract The thesis induced and analyzed the medical books and literatures about moxibustion in Song Dynasty to find the origin and sequence of the development of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, and to abstract the clinical idea and find the way how it can serve the clinical development. The thesis falls into four parts, the 1st part is overview of moxibustion in Song Dynasty, which summarize the characteristic of moxibustion in Song Dynasty. The 2nd part introduces the representative doctors who are mastery in moxibustion and their academic achievements, including Wang Zhizhong, Dou Cai, Zhuang Chuo,Wenren Qinian,Xu Shuwei, and medical works including Xi Fangzi Ming Tong Moxibustion . The 3rd part is the academic characteristic of moxibustion in Song Dynasty. The 4th part is about the influence of the academic characteristic of moxibustion in Song Dynasty to modern clinical practice.
