To ensure the work efficiency of machine is optimum, this machine is composed of super steel structure. This machine adopts the special welding technology. And the raw materials are all imported with high quality. What’s more, the quality of electric, hydraulic components are reliable, which ensures the performance of the equipments works well in a high load running mood. This thesis introduces the new type of hydraulic system and system structure. There are designs of the electrical schematic diagram and operation control panel in this thesis. What’s more, it adds PLC automatic control, control of the hydraulic system, the host and brick conveyor belt to make the system more intelligent. There are two kinds of system Settings work mode --automatic and manual. This machine contains brick conveyor belt, transmission rate control hydraulic system and the host. The brick conveyor belt is equipped with current, short circuit, overload protection and fault alarm function. The design of this machine uses FX2N series PLC of Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan. And the design of this machine includes a diagram of system block , sequence function and ladder diagram.
