吡那地尔预处理对失血性休克大鼠血流动力学影响的实验观察（Experimental observation on the hemodynamic effects of pyrrodil pretreatment for hemorrhagic shock rats） Experimental observation on the hemodynamic effects of pyrrodil pretreatment for hemorrhagic shock rats 2010-01-15 shao chunhong hu deyao xue chunsheng Abstract: objective to observe the effects of Preconditioning (PC) on the hemodynamics of hemorrhagic shock rats. 24 hours before the copy of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock model, give the rats by intraperitoneal injection of two pyrazole beforehand to 25 mu g/kg preprocessing, pretreatment on heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), isovolumetric systolic blood pressure (IP), left ventricular pressure rising and falling of maximum change rate (+ dp/dtmax), the measured myocardial contraction speed (VPM) and myocardial contraction largest vector loop area (Lo). Results the pretreatment was significantly enhanced, and the HR, MAP, and LVSP were significantly increased in the control group during observation. The performance of the myocardial systolic diastolic diastolic/dtmax, VPM and Lo are higher than C group. Conclusion imidal pretreatment can improve the hemodynamics of hemorrhagic shock and reduce the cardiac function injury caused by hemorrhagic shock.
