CRRT技术的现状（The status quo of CRRT technology） With the deepening of the study of pathophysiology and pathogenesis of acute renal failure (ARF) and the continuous improvement of blood purification technology, the prognosis of ARF has improved. But until recently the case fatality rate is still 30% ~ 70%, no complications of ARF mortality rate was only 3%, and with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), the prognosis is very dangerous and the traditional intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) technology and to shorten the course of ARF, and reduce the mortality rate. Kramer et al [1] introduced continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration (CAVH) for the first time in 1977 and could be used clinically for the treatment of severe ARF without the need for special equipment. In 1983, Lauer et al described its unique therapeutic mechanism to make CAVH widely used in the treatment of severe ARF. After nearly 20 years of clinical practice, CAVH has derived a series of treatments [1~6]. Such as continuous veno venous hemofiltration (CVVH); continuous arteriovenous hemodialysis (CAVHD) and continuous veno venous hemodialysis (CVVHD); continuous arteriovenous hemodiafiltration (CAVHDF) and continuous veno venous hemofiltration (CVVHDF); slow continuous ultrafiltration (slow continuous ultrafiltration, SCUF); continuous high flux dialysis (continuous high flux dialysis, CHFD); high volume hemofiltration (high volume, hemofiltration, HVHF); continuous plasma filtration adsorption (continuous plasma filtration absorption, CPFA).
