中 州 大 学 • 聋 人 艺 术 设 计 学 院 Zhongzhou University The deaf art design college 前进中的聋人高等教育 Advancement of higher education in the deaf 学院概况 中州大学自2001年开始面向河南省招收聋人高中毕业生 中的优秀青年接受高等教育的，2002年经校党委批准，特殊 教育学院正式成立。2003年4月经国家教育部批准，从2004 年开始面向全国招生。2005年10月改名为“聋人艺术设计学 院”。目前，学院为聋人开设的专业有装潢艺术设计、古建 筑绘画、摄影、动漫设计四个专业，现有来自全国各地的在 校聋生383名。学生享受着普通高等学校毕业生同等待遇。 除此之外，中州大学率先在中国开办了手语翻译专业，每年 随普通高招招收健听人，现有特殊教育专业（手语翻译方向） 和艺术设计专业（手语翻译方向）在校生106人。 General Situation of the College Since 2001, the Zhongzhou University has recruited outstanding deaf students after their high school graduation concentrated in Henan Province. In 2002, the Party committee approved the establishment of the School of Special Education. After approved by the Ministry of Education in April, 2003, the school has started recruiting students across the nation sine 2004. The school changed its name to The Deaf Art Design College in October, 2005. At the present, the school is offering four majors for deaf students, respectively are Decorating Art Design, Ancient Building Brushwork, Photography and Animation Design, there are 383 deaf students come from all over the country. The students enjoy the equal treatment with students graduated from Regular Institution of Higher Education. In addition, the university took the lead in offering the major of Sign Language Interpretation, every year, the school recruits normal people from the Regular College Entrance Enrollment, it has 106 students from the majors of Special Education( Sign Language Interpretation)and Art Design(Sign Language Interpretation). 美丽的中州大学校园 Beautiful Campus of the Zhongzhou University 一、办学理念 中州大学聋人艺术设计学院始终以“一切为了聋人、 为了聋人的一切”为办学宗旨，注重培养有独立生存能力、 有专业技能、具有综合文化素养和专业特长的技术人才，通 过大学生活不断提高聋人的社会适应能力和群体适应能力， 努力使他们成为精神文明和物质文明的创造者，为他们实现 真正意义上的“平等、参与、共享”创造有利条件。 1.
