中文摘要 目的：慢性肥厚性鼻炎 （Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis）是五官科一种 常见的疾病。目前对本病的治疗有很多种方法。本文主要拟通过中医活血通窍法 与微波治疗两种治疗方法的疗效差异对比，客观提示中医药对慢性肥厚性鼻炎能 起到较好的治疗作用。 方法：根据慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗案例，按不同治疗方法分为两组：治疗组 应用中医活血通窍法治疗，对照组应用微波治疗。治疗前后均按照中华人民共和 国中医药行业标准，中医耳鼻喉科病诊断疗效标准进行鼻腔功能评分。比较治疗 前、治疗后第14 天和1 个月的功能评分，并进行统计处理。 结果：70 例获得随访的患者（随访时间 1 月）两种方法治疗均有效，中医 活血通窍法组接近于微波治疗组，中医耳鼻喉科病诊断疗效标准评分有显著差异 性。（P ＜0.01 ） 结论：中医活血通窍法与微波治疗均是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效方法，中 医活血通窍法接近于微波治疗。 关键词：慢性肥厚性鼻炎；活血通窍；微波；加味通窍活血汤。 1 Abstract Objective : Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is a common facial features of the disease.
