温阳益肾汤治疗高血压病阴阳两虚证的临床疗效评价探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：通过临床观察验证温阳益肾汤治疗阴阳两虚型高血压病的疗效价值。 方法：临床研究中，将符合纳入标准的高血压病患者随机分为两组，对照组30 例，给予西药氯沙坦口服，治疗组30例，给予温阳益肾汤治疗,同时给予氯沙坦口服； 两组的疗程均为4周，连续应用4个疗程。观察治疗前后患者主要临床症状改善情况， 及心电图、血压、三大常规、电解质、血脂等指标的变化。 结果：经临床观察研究发现，温阳益肾汤可明显改善临床症状及体征，两组间有 统计学差异（P＜0.05)。高血压的疗效治疗组与对照组相比，无显著差异（P＞0.05)。 结论：温阳益肾汤可显著改善患者的临床症状，减轻眩晕、头痛、腰膝酸软、畏 寒肢冷、心悸、气短等症状的程度。 关键词 高血压病；温阳益肾汤；临床观察 Clinical Study on Treatment of Hypertension of Deficiency of both Yin and Yang Syndrome with Wenyangyishen Decoction Speciality: Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:ChengGuan-liang Tutor:MengZhao-yang Abstract Objective: To observe the value of Wenyangyishen Decoction in treatment of hypertension of deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome. Methods ：Patients with hypertension that met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly in the clinical studies, with each group containing 30 cases.
