洛阳东鹏置业有限公司鹏祥小区1-7﹟楼施工图预算编制 摘 要 随着我国经济与科学技术的快速发展，建筑行业已成为我国经济的重要支柱行业。因此，合理准确的确定建筑工程的工程造价已成为必然。 本次毕业设计以洛阳东鹏置业有限公司鹏祥小区1-7﹟楼为案例，目的是在于把项目投资控制在合理预算范围之内，合理使用人力、物力、财力，控制固定资产投资效益。Luoyang Dongpeng Properties Limited Peng Xiang Area 1-7# Building Construction Budget preparation ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of Chinas economy and science technology, the construction industry has become an important pillar of Chinas economic sectors. Therefore, it is inevitable to ascertain a accurate and reasonable cost of the construction project. The graduation of Luoyang Dongpeng properties Limited Pengxiang Area 1-7# Building the Case, and the purpose is to control the project investment at a reasonable budget, further to rationally use the manpower, material and financial resources, and to control the investment returns of fixed assets. Meanwhile it is also a general integration and testing of professional knowledge learning in university for three years. Throughout the design of the project, my aim is to combine specific theoretical knowledge with practice, and to enhance the professional practice of self-competence and professional qualities, or rather to lay a solid foundation ones own job in the future. Finally, this budget includes the budget for the working drawings of the construction, decoration works and installation works (water supply, electrical project and heating project).
