提 要 目的：通过临床流调学研究，观察瘀血体质是否对慢性盆腔炎有易感性，探讨瘀 血体质与慢性盆腔炎的相关性及其易出现的中医证候和饮食结构等关系，从而应用中 医药的优势和改变饮食结构，改善瘀血体质，对易感人群进行早预防、早诊断、早治 疗，以降低其发病率。 方法：遵循病例对照的流行病学调研方法，设计统一的调研表，选用问卷法进行 调查，以获取120例慢性盆腔炎患者详细的体质特征、临床症状、饮食习惯资料，以 及120例健康妇女的体质特征资料。 结果：通过对以上健康妇女和慢性盆腔炎患者进行临床流调学研究发现：1.慢性 盆腔炎患者的病理体质以湿热质、瘀血质为主,健康妇女的体质以平和质为主。2.瘀 血质慢性盆腔炎患者临床证候以肾虚血瘀为主。3.瘀血质健康妇女和瘀血质慢性盆腔 炎患者饮食结构存在明显差异，酸味、冷饮、肥甘、油腻饮食是其发病的诱因之一。 结论：1. 瘀血体质与慢性盆腔炎的发病密切相关。2.瘀血体质慢性盆腔炎患者的临 床证侯以肾虚血瘀为主。3. 瘀血体质患者的发病与饮食结构有密切关系，嗜食肥甘 厚腻、酸味寒冷之品明显增高瘀血质患CPID的发病率。4. 瘀血体质具有可调性，对 其进行早期干预，是预防慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。 关键词 瘀血体质；慢性盆腔炎；流调研究；预防 The Research of Epidemiology on The Rerative of The Blood physique Constitution and Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Specialty：Gynecology of TCM Author ：ZhangZhiRong Tutor：Prof.Liu RuiFen Abstract Objective ：Through epidemiological research, observe whether blood physique constitution does have the susceptivity to the CPID, discuss blood physique constitution and the CPID s relevance and easy to appear TCM Syndrome and diet structure.
