During the tunnel construction, however, the construction schedule is lagging behind the plan andmany problems occur. Therefore, theoriginalconstruction scheme is optmi ized on basisof scientific innova tions and engineering experience by adopting tw intube access to them ain tunnel, ventilationw ith false ceiling and con veyor beltmucking system. Furthermore, the projectmanagement is strengthened. In the end, the problem in the con struction schedule is successfully solved. The paper can be served as reference for smi ilar projects in the future.
