西部医学2008年3月第2O卷第2期 Med J West China，March 2008，Vo1．20，No．2 387 血清钙测定影响血清谷丙转氨酶测定结果的观察 龚见习 ，宋万英。，黄乾吉 (1．德阳市第二人民医院，四川德阳618000I2．四川省交通厅公路局医院，四川成都 610041) 【摘要】 目的 了解生化分析仪测定血清钙(Ca”)是否对测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)结果有影响及其影响因素， 从而改进测定策略，以保证结果的准确性。方法 对采用定值血清直接测定ALT(对照组)和先测血清Ca”再测ALT (检测组)的结果进行比较，再设定避免试剂针和试剂交叉污染的方法以及改变测定顺序来观察对结果的影响情况。结果 检测组与对照组ALT值比较差异有显著性，试剂针和试剂均存在交叉污染现象，影响检测结果。结论 全自动生化仪 具有微量、快速、精密度好的特点，但存在检测项目阐的交叉污染，适当改变项目的分析顺序和设定避免交又污染的程 序，可保证结果的准确性。 【关键词】 血清钙； 血清ALT 交叉污染 【中图分类号】 R446．11” 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1672—3511(2008)02—0387—02 Influence of serum calcium detection on alanine aminotransferase determination GONG Jian—xi ·SONG Wan—ying ·HUANG Qian—ji (1，Second Hospital Deyang，Deyang 618000，Sichuan，China 1 2．The Hospital of Highway Bureau of Sichuan Province Communications Department，Chengdu 610041，China) [Abstract] Objective To ascertain whether the detection of serum calcium has some influence on the accuracy of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)detection and the possible influencing factor，so that to improve the strategy and ensure the accuracy of the detection．Methods The results of ALT assay were compared between the value got from direct detection(control group)and that after serum calcium detection(detection group)．A new method was used to avoid cross contamination of regent and regent needles and the change of the detection order．Results The results of tWO groups had significant difference．Both the regent and regent needles caused cross contamination that affected the detection accuracy．Conclusion There is potentiality of cross contamination among various groups of samples．The cross contamination can be obviated and the accuracy of detection result can be guaranteed by changing the detection order
