The patent portfolios of enterprises are the mi portant elements to determ ine its status, functions and profit distribution in the all-i ance. Applying method of the Shapley Value, we construct a Game model to study the motivation and different strategy of high- tech enterprise. s entrance of technological standards alliance, and to explore the mechanism of intellectual property rights and technological standardization cooperation of enterprise. Case ofTD- SCDMA manifests the consistent in practicew ith the theoretic conclusion, which have mi portant explanatory power for exploring the strategic approaches to enhancing the independent innovation capability and developing the technological standardization, and promoting the industrial technology development.
