In order to further implement the newly promulgated the primary and secondary school teachers occupation ethics (revised in 2008) and the Fujian Provincial Peoples Government on Further Strengthening the construction of primary and middle school teachers opinions (min Jung 2008 No. 344), to strengthen and promote teachers occupation moral construction in our region, the establishment of moral evaluation archives, moral performance the scientific evaluation and the true record of teachers, improve the moral supervision and evaluation system, and evaluation of the teaching and education as training, staffing, an important basis for appraising promotion, to further improve the level of primary and secondary school teacher, the actual, formulated the evaluation measures.
