酒肝宁煎剂治疗酒精性肝损伤的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察酒肝宁煎剂对酒精性肝损伤的临床疗效，探讨酒肝宁煎剂治疗酒精性 肝损伤的作用机理。方法：将60例患者分为治疗组酒肝宁煎剂组和对照组各30例， 分别在治疗2周和2月后观察两组的实验室指标、临床症状体征、影像学改变和外周 血象以判断疗效，并对结果进行对比。结果：治疗2周后，治疗组总有效率86.67％， 优于对照组66.67％（P0.05），2月后二者无差异（P0.05）,治疗组对临床症状体 征的改善有明显优势。结论：酒肝宁煎剂抗肝损伤作用途径包括：保护肝细胞，减轻 肝细胞炎症，减轻肝脏纤维化程度，从而使临床的中医证候及实验室指标得以显著地 改善。 关键词 酒肝宁煎剂；酒精性肝病；临床研究；作用机理 Clinical Studies on Treatment of Alcoholic Liver Disease with Jiu gan ning Decoction Specialty：Internal Medicine of TCM Author ：Wang Lipeng Tutor：Prof. Yin Xiaoxuan Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiu gan ning Decoction on alcoholic liver injury and the mechanism of treating alcoholic liver injury. Methods: 60 cases with ALD as the sample, were divided into two groups randomly, the group of Jiu gan ning Decoction and the control group with 30 cases in each group and to observe improvement of the illness,include Laboratory markers, Clinical symptoms, Imaging changes and Peripheral hemogram.Results: after 2 weeks treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%, higher than 66.67% in control group ( P 0.05 ), after 2 month there is no difference( P 0.05 ), the treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement have obvious advantages. Conclusion: the Anti liver injury in mice of Jiu gan ning include: protecting liver cell, alleviate liver inflammation, relieve liver fibrosis, thus making the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and laboratory indexes can be significantly improved.
