针灸补肾法的文献探究.pdf

提 要 目的：系统整理历代中医药文献中肾虚证和针灸补肾的相关记载，探寻针灸补肾 法的应用规律，探求针灸补肾的思路和方法，为临床和科研提供更好的帮助。方法： 运用中医传统文献学与现代统计学相结合的研究方法，建立针灸补肾相关资料数据 库，分析历代针灸补肾法应用规律和特点，通过古今文献对比分析，总结针灸补肾法 应用规律的变化情况。结果：古今肾虚证症状发生变化，表现为肾阴虚证相对增多， 肾阳虚证相对减少；针灸补肾法的应用规律亦随症状的变化而变化，主要为主治肾阴 虚证的相应腧穴增多，治疗方法由重用灸法变化为针灸并重，并通过聚类分析得出 23 个聚类方。结论：针灸补肾法的应用具有一定的规律性，且随时代的变迁其应用 规律也发生一定的变化。对这些规律变化的总结及所聚组方，给予临床针灸补肾以启 发和借鉴。 关键词 针灸疗法；补肾；肾虚证；中医文献；比较研究 The Literature Study on the Method of Kindey-tonifying with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Speciality: TCM’s history and literature study Student: Zhou Shenghong Tutor: Professor Ouyang Bing Abstract Objective:To systematize the related records of the kidney deficiency syndrome and the method of kindey-tonifying with acupuncture and moxibustion in TCM documents of every period,to seek the applied regularity of the method of kindey-tonifying with acupuncture and moxibustion and explore the new strategy and method of invigorating the kidney,which offer better help for clinical practice and scientific research.Methods:By connecting the TCM literatural approaches and statistic methods,databases of kindey-tonifying with acupuncture and moxibustion were established to analyze the applied regularity and characteristics of the the method of kindey-tonifying with acupuncture and moxibustion in different dynasty,and summerized the changes of applied regularity of the method of kindey-tonifying with acupuncture and moxibustion by comparative analysis to ancient and contemporary literatures.Results:kidney yang deficiency syndrome was relatively more than kidney yin deficiency syndrom in antientry,while it is contrary today.
