摘 要 本设计围绕隧道进行，设计为双向两车道，隧道全长m，衬砌内轮廓采用三心圆拱曲墙式。隧道结构设计以新奥法原理为指导，各类衬砌设计采用复合式衬砌，以初期支护为主要承载结构和二次衬砌与之共同承载初期支护、二次衬砌和洞门的设计，按照工程类比法并参照有关规范，先选定合适的参数进行洞身结构设计，再选取具有代表性的断面进行稳定性验算。根据有关规定，确定隧道的内轮廓尺寸以及该隧道的建筑限界；根据地质条件选择帽檐斜切式洞门，在进出口段均设置一定长度的明洞并进行了相关设计计算采用三台阶分步开挖法进行开挖对洞门、施工缝进行防排水处理从质量保证、安全保证、施工保证等方面提出相应的措施以确保工程的有序进行；施工监控量测在隧道施工中占有十分重要的地位，本设计对此做了较为详细的阐述，进行了地质环境及支护状况观察描述、净空收敛、拱顶下沉、隧道地表下沉和锚杆拉拔力等的量测，为隧道施工提供了科学而又准确的数据，大大加快了隧道施工进度。包括隧道内轮廓设计图、衬砌断面设计图、防排水系统布置图等相关图纸。 Abstract This project is the construction design of the Special Passenger Transport Line boyangtian Tunnel with two-way two traffic lanes. The whole length of the tunnel is 254m.The outline lining work uses three-circle arched wall type. The tunnel structural design takes the New Austria Tunneling Method as instruction, each kind of lining design uses compound lining work, takes initial period supports and protections as the main load bearing structure and the second lining work as the common load bearing.
