ACADEMIC RESEARCH SERVICES AGREEMENT (Measurement, Composition, Fabrication or Analysis) THIS AGREEMENT, by and between The Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (hereinafter referred to as “LSU” ) and _____________________________________, having a principal place of business at ________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor’).
