XRD, FT IR and SEM w ere used to characterize the structure and m orpho logy o f the sam ples. The resu lts show ed that the N iF e-CO - 3 LDH s had typ ical sam dw ich structure, w hich w asn. t been destroyed after calc inations at 473 K. The characteristic diffraction ap ices o f N iO appeared in XRD after calc inations at 573 K to 773 K, and bo th N iO and N iF e O w ere 2 3 form ed w hen the temperature w as higher than 873K.
