Team and team building
A team is a group of people who work closely together and are responsible for each other. They share a common benefit goal. Any team of organizations consists of five elements, referred to as 5P, that is, Purpose, Place, Plan, Power and People. These five elements are essential to the formation of a team.
Management practices show that if a job requires a variety of skills and experiences, it is usually better for the team to do it than the individual. It helps the organization to make better use of talent, especially in the rapidly changing environment, the team is more flexible than the traditional population stability department structure or other forms of rapid reaction. In addition, the team can promote employees to participate in decision-making process, help to enhance the organizations democratic atmosphere, and enhance employee enthusiasm. The whole world of visionary entrepreneurs and managers have realized, team management is the essential work in enterprise human resource management, strong team spirit is the inherent power of enterprise development, it will greatly improve work efficiency and bring huge benefits to the enterprise. In modern enterprises, personal power can not be a big event if it can not be played in a team. In a team oriented environment, employees can share the joy of organizational success. Because being a member of a team and working with an organizations colleagues, producing the desired outcome is one of the most exciting or gratifying things for any employee. Even if the employees belong to a specific department, there is a detailed description of the work, but if he and other colleagues in the organization together to accomplish a specific goal, a vision driven by his actions, through joint efforts with other colleagues to promote his vision, will make the employees excited. This is the effect of team oriented organizations.
