中西医结合治疗胆石病32例（Treatment of 32 cases of cholelithiasis with combination of TCM and Western Medicine） Treatment of 32 cases of cholelithiasis with combination of TCM and Western Medicine Update Date: 2009-03-24 click: Authors: Tian Wenqing, 1 clinical data, 1.1 general data, 64 cases were hospitalized patients. After admission, they were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 32 cases. The treatment group consisted of 14 males and 18 females. The youngest was 26 years old, the oldest was 72 years old, with an average age of 49.25 years. The course of disease was 1 years, the longest was 26 years, with an average of 6.7 years. There were 22 cases of operation, including 1 cases, 14 cases, 2 cases, 5 cases, 3 cases, 4 cases, 1 cases, 2 cases. The control group consisted of 11 males and 21 females. The youngest was 23 years old and the oldest was 76 years old. The average age was 49.5 years. The course of disease was the shortest and the longest was 30 years, with an average of 6.5 years. There were 19 cases of operation, including 1 cases, 15 cases, 2 cases, 3 cases, 3 cases, 1 cases. Diagnosis according to clinical disease diagnosis standard and national physical examination standard [2]. In the treatment group, there were 22 cases of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, 10 cases of simple choledocholithiasis, 6 of them complicated with cholecystolithiasis. In the control group, there were 18 cases of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, 14 cases of pure common bile duct stones, 7 cases with cholecystolithiasis. There were two cases with right upper abdominal pain and right upper abdominal tenderness, and 14 cases with mild peritoneal irritation sign.
