云南省建设工程安全监理实施细则（Detailed rules for the implementation of safety supervision of construction projects in Yunnan） (Announcement No. first of the Construction Office of Yunnan province) 2005-06-28 Article 1 in order to strengthen and standardize the construction of the provincial work safety supervision, safeguard peoples lives and property safety and social stability, according to the State Council construction safety management regulations and the relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the province to develop the rules.
