Employee turnover index plays an important role in the operation and performance of enterprises. Employee turnover is too frequent and has a negative impact on enterprises and society. For the enterprise, the employee turnover rate is too high at the same time means that the loss of the talents, means that enterprises including recruiting employees in loss of investment in human resources, training and so on cost wasting, is also facing huge replacement. According to a survey of the 206 large and medium-sized enterprises in the United States William M.Merce consulting company in 1997 45%, the company reported that the average loss cost per employee more than $10000, 20% of the companies that will cost more than $30000 loss.
