核设施退役经济性评价的指标体系研究

摘要：在现行核电开发模式下，核设施退役过程对核电经济性的影响特别是对未来可持续性的影响还未充分
计入核电成本。核设施退役的经济性不仅仅包括退役发生的直接成本，还需充分考虑整个退役过程的安全性、
防止核扩散和公众接受性。通过对退役过程各环节的影响因素分析，构建核设施退役经济性评价的指标体系，
为全面衡量核电的经济性奠定基础。
