Chairman of the meeting suggested that the twenty-first meeting of the Standing Committee for deliberation and approval of the State Council on the Treaty of Peoples Republic of China and the Democratic Peoples Republic of Algeria on Civil and commercial judicial assistance bill; consideration of the State Council report on the 2010 Central accounts, review and approval of the 2010 central accounts; review the audit report of the State Council on the 2010 central budget implementation and other the financial revenue and expenditure; consideration of the State Council report on the work of the fire.
