抑郁症诊断标准（Diagnostic criteria for depression） I. diagnostic criteria 1., depression is the basic symptom 2. at least 4 of the following symptoms 1) a decline or lack of interest in everyday life. 2) a marked decrease in energy, a persistent fatigue without apparent cause. 3) psychomotor retardation or agitation. 4) self evaluation is too low, or remorse, or guilt, or even evil delusions. 5) thinking difficulty or conscious thinking ability decreased significantly. 6) recurrent thoughts of death or suicidal behavior. 7) insomnia, or early awakening, or excessive sleep. 8) loss of appetite or weight loss. 9) decreased sexual desire. 3. severity criteria (at least one of the following circumstances) 1) social function is damaged. 2) inflicting pain or ill effects on me. 4. standard of disease course Symptoms persist for at least 2 weeks 5. exclusion criteria 1) we should exclude depression caused by brain organic diseases, somatic diseases and psychoactive substances. 2) depression patients may have hallucinations, delusions and other symptoms, but should pay attention to identify with schizophrenia. Thus, a depressive episode only includes first episode depression or recurrent depression. There are 3 general criteria for depressive episodes prescribed by icd-10: G1. depressive episodes should last for at least 2 weeks. G2. in patients with previous life, are not sufficient to comply with hypomania or mania (f30.-) standard hypomania or mania. The most common condition except for g3.: this episode is not due to the use of psychoactive substances (F10 F19) or any organic mental disorder (F00 F09). The symptoms of depressive episodes are divided into two broad categories, which can be roughly referred to as core symptoms and additional symptoms.
