1.0 范围Scope
本技术规格书用作连续或间断运行的，专门用于LOX/LIN/LAR加热汽化的空温式汽化
器。
This specification defines the requirements for ambient air heated, cryogenic vaporizers, to be
utilized in continuous or intermittent service. It applies to vaporizers used in industrial nitrogen,
oxygen or argon service.
2.0 标准及规范 Applicable Codes and Standards
汽化器的制造，包括换热管、管道、及结构元件需符合所有标准规范及安全要求。
The vaporizer assembly, including the extrusions, piping and structural members shall meet all
safety requirements.
3.0 设计条件Design Criteria:
最大允许工作压力MAWP.: 3.5MPaG - 4.0MPaG
设计温度Design Temperature: Min. – 196℃
Max. 65℃
3.1 结构设计 Structural Design
汽化器结构设计包括地脚螺栓和基础应符合规范GB50011和GB50009 ，载荷要求
如下，风载和地震不需同时考虑。
The vaporizer together with anchor bolts and foundations shall meet the design
requirements of GB50011 and GB 50009 with the following loading. Wind need not be
considered concurrent with seismic. The wind design shall be for open exposure. The
wind and seismic design shall be for essential, hazardous facilities service.
抗震设防烈度Seismic intensity : 8度
风速Wind ：50m/s
包括以下条件 under the following conditions:
1. 表面没有结霜 Clean with no Frost
2. 表面完全被霜包围 Completely iced (to the last pass) with no opening
