Methods Forty cases w ithout any other disease w ere taken chest plain film before t herapy . The X- ray findin s were analyzed. Results In all of X- ray features, low and flat diaphra m; barrel chest; increased and w ide lun markin , w hich presented as network- like struc ture w ith mottlin in bilateral inferior lun were closelv related to pat holo ic chan es. Pneumonemia; pulmonary stasis; prominence of pul monary artery se ment; dilatation of ri ht inferior pulmonary artery were related to othe chan e of heart and pulmonary circulation. Con lu sion X- ray findin s are closely related to t he severe de ree of patholo ic chan es in hyperthyroid cardiopathy. It is valuable for clinical di a nosis and treatment to recon nize these X - ray findin s accurately .
