The two methods above have shortcomings. The method of CFNNM, a new method used for trans- forming GPS height is introduced in this paper , and it takes full advantage of virtues of the tw o methods . Through the prac- tice of tw o projects in plainness area, the validity of the CFNNM method used for transforming GPS height is validated , and some conclusions, which have practicable value, are received.
