School of Comp uter , National University of Def ense Technology , Changsha , H unan 410073, China Abstract : Mobile Ad hoc network is a special peertopeer network that is infrastructureless,selforganizing, dynamically recon figuration and mobile.And now people pay more attentiontotheusing of ad hoc network in emergence area such as battlefield and dis aster rescue.Each node in mobile ad hoc network can be regardedas either a computer or a router,so it is very vulnerable to routing in formation attacks. owever, little information about the security problem has been considered intherouting protocols that have been pro posed.In this paper,an overview oftheresearch about attacks against routing information isgivenfirstly,andthenwepresent that a secu rity routing protocol SDSRbasedon reputation systems can be used in ad hoc networks.The simulation environment and results isgiven and the simulation results show that SDSRprotocol can get betterthan DSRprotocol whilethere exists attacking nodes.
