More than 90% of liver cancer is primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC). The treatment is still the first choice with early detection and surgical resection, but the recurrence rate is higher, reaching 45.2% ~ 60%, and more than 70% of the lung metastasis [1]. In addition, the early stage of liver cancer was not clinically symptomatic, and most of the findings were in the middle and late stage, and the timing of surgery was lost. The interventional radiology therapy developed in the 1970s has been recognized as the preferred method for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in relatively safe, effective, small and painful.
