Abstract: this article through the factor analysis, grey correlation method, ahp and topsis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the analysis of the specific evaluation process, to explain the reason for the difference between the five kinds of methods the results of the empirical, and Suggestions to the choice of evaluation method is given.

Since dupont used investment return rate index to evaluate performance in the early 20th century, performance evaluation has developed from single index evaluation to multi-index comprehensive evaluation. In the comprehensive evaluation of multi-index, the appropriate choice of evaluation method has an important effect on the evaluation result. Of ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, grey correlation analysis, factor analysis and five kinds of topsis method in the management performance evaluation of listed companies in the empirical comparison, and through the analysis of all kinds of evaluation method and the difference of the specific evaluation process, sought to explain the empirical comparing the difference between the results, so as to provide reference for the choice of evaluation method.
1. Performance evaluation index system of listed companies
Since this paper focuses on the comparison of evaluation methods, the selection of evaluation indexes is not discussed in depth. The performance evaluation index of listed companies is based on the characteristics of listed companies, which is based on the evaluation rules of state-owned capital performance appraisal and its rules, as shown in figure 1.
