Of ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, grey correlation analysis, factor analysis and five kinds of topsis method in the management performance evaluation of listed companies in the empirical comparison, and through the analysis of all kinds of evaluation method and the difference of the specific evaluation process, sought to explain the empirical comparing the difference between the results, so as to provide reference for the choice of evaluation method. 1.
